Refund policy

Refund
1. We are unable to refund or exchange any of our sale items.
2. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.

Exchanges (if applicable)
1. Within 30 days of purchase we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
2. If your item is defective or damaged send us an email at relics4u2015@gmail.com.
Your email should include your name, address & receipt number.
3. Your exchange item must be returned in original packaging.
4. Once your exchange item has been deemed defective or damaged we will exchange your item for the same product.

Shipping
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Once approved, your exchanged item will be shipped free of charge.
